When you book by telephone or if you - book online - valid credit or debit card details are required to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Bookings for less than 4 rooms must be cancelled by 2pm, 1 day in advance of the arrival date, in order to incur no cancellation charge. For example, if you are due to arrive on a Wednesday the booking needs to be cancelled by 2pm on the previous Tuesday.

Bookings for 4 - 7 rooms must be cancelled by 2pm, 5 days in advance of the arrival date, in order to incur no cancellation charge.

Bookings for 8 - 11 rooms must be cancelled by 2pm, 10 days in advance of the arrival date, in order to incur no cancellation charge.

Bookings for 12 rooms or more must be cancelled by 2pm, 14 days in advance of the arrival date, in order to incur no cancellation charge.

In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than the above notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to the value of the first night's accommodation will be charged.

If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation, you are advised to take out Travel Insurance.
